Welcome to ICAMM’26

Building upon the success of ICAMM 2024, we are delighted to welcome participants to the Second International Conference on Advanced and Multifunctional Materials and Manufacturing (ICAMM 2026), to be held on 12–13 October 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

ICAMM 2026 continues a long-standing tradition of international collaboration in Materials Science and Engineering established through a series of successful international workshops organized in 2017, 2019, and 2022 by VNUHCM – University of Science in cooperation with universities and research institutes in Taiwan and other international partners. These activities have significantly strengthened academic networks and promoted research cooperation among scientists in the region and beyond.

As the second edition of the ICAMM conference series, ICAMM 2026 aims to further advance scientific exchange and foster interdisciplinary collaboration in the rapidly evolving fields of advanced materials and manufacturing. The conference provides an international forum for researchers, scientists, engineers, students, and industry professionals to present their latest findings, discuss emerging challenges, and explore future research directions.

Hosted by the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology, VNUHCM – University of Science, ICAMM 2026 will feature a broad range of topics, including advanced ceramics and glasses, multifunctional semiconductor materials and devices, sustainable energy and environmental materials, biomaterials, computational materials science, and innovative manufacturing technologies.

Beyond the scientific program, the conference offers valuable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and cultural exchange among participants from different countries and disciplines.
